About Dr. Patrick McGrew, Sr.

Patrick McGrew and his wife, Charlotte, founded Higher Praise Family Church in Fort Worth, Texas, in January 2001. The church's mission is to "build families while bridging the gap between the Church and the community." This mission is carried out through a strong emphasis on family, sound doctrinal teaching, life-changing preaching, and impactful community outreach and activism.

Known as "The Fam," Higher Praise is an Oasis of healing, City of Refuge, and a Fountain of Unconditional Love.

Patrick holds a B.A. in Psychology from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi. He also earned a Master of Divinity from Oral Roberts University, a Master of Business Administration, and an EdD from Capella University.

Patrick and Charlotte are proud parents of two children — Patrick Jr. and Aria Janay — and grandparents to Autumn, Allyah, and Carter.
